JOB DESCRIPTION:

To support this transformative journey, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Manager who will play a pivotal role in: - Coordinating all accounting and financial reporting tasks related to the fund raising process. - Managing internal audits, taxation and overall statutory compliance. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growth-oriented organization and contribute meaningfully to the fund raising exercise. Key Responsibilities 1. Investor coordination & Financial Reporting - Coordinate with investor bankers, auditors and consultants for fund raising documentation. - Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IND AS. - Lead due diligence processes and support investor documentation. - Manage data compliance for financial disclosures and investor presentations. 2. Transition to IND AS - Drive the transition from IGAAP to IND AS across the organization. - Prepare IND AS-compliant standalone and consolidated financial statements. - Train and support internal teams on IND AS applications. 3. Internal Audit, Taxation & Compliance - Manage internal audits and risk-based financial controls. - Ensure timely and accurate tax fillings (GST, TDS, Income Tax). - Comply with Companies Act and other regulatory frameworks. - Strengthen corporate governance and internal controls. 4. Strategic Finance & Planning - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling aligned to our market readiness. - Contribute to compliance documents preparation and risk assessments. - Liaise with legal, secretarial and operations teams for financial compliance. Qualification & Experience - Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Preferred. - Experience: At-least 5–8 years in accounting, IND AS, Audit & Taxation. - Background: Experience in listed companies or firms transitioning from private is highly valued. - Technical Skills: Strong command over IND AS, Companies Act, Listing guidelines. - Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, Tally and financial reporting tools. Soft Skills Required - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical thinking and detail orientation. - Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently. - High ethical standards and integrity. As we continue to expand, we are seeking talented and motivated professionals to join our Business Development team and lead initiatives in the highways, metro, and underground infrastructure domains.
Key Responsibilities: Scout for new business opportunities in tunneling, roads, metro, and other large-scale infrastructure projects. Build and nurture strong relationships with government bodies, consultants, and public sector enterprises. Track tenders, RFQs, and project announcements to proactively respond with competitive bids. Collaborate closely with internal teams on bidding, pre-qualification, estimation, and joint venture (JV) formation. Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and strategic business events. Keep up to date with sector trends, government policies, and private sector developments in the infrastructure space.
Candidate Profile: Experience: Extensive experience in an EPC or Infrastructure Contracting company with a focus on tunneling, highways, or metro projects. Proven track record in business development, marketing, contracts, or tendering functions.
Education: A Civil Engineering degree is preferred; however, candidates from other engineering disciplines with relevant project experience are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Attributes: Exceptional networking skills and the ability to liaise with senior government officials and technical consultants. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong background in tendering, estimation, and techno-commercial proposal preparation. Deep understanding of commercial contracts and project operations in the infrastructure sector. Proficient in MS Office, online tender portals, and business research tools. A confident, dynamic personality who thrives in a high-performance, opportunity-driven environment.
